Smiley Social volleyball levels
Smiley Social has 4 volleyball levels (Social/Beginners, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate and Competitive ) and here are the description of these levels:

Social/Beginners Volleyball:
Social volleyball is open to everyone regardless of level. The point is to practice being a team player, have fun, be social, and make friends. We will try our best to play 3 touches and run for the ball to keep rally going but wont be too serious and instead we will try to encourage each other.

You are at Smiley Social "Advanced Beginner" (B) level if:

2) You can receive 4 times (overhand 2 times and bump 2 times) in a row and direct the ball to the setter.
3) You can set 2 times in a row to the person you intended to set.
4) You can spike 2 times in a row over the net (with proper arm swing but jumping is not necessary).

Notes:

* Host of the event is usually someone who can pass the test for the level he/she is hosting.

* For different types of volleyball ( doubles, quads, indoor, sand ,...),there might be event specific skill requirements besides what was mentioned here.

* Most of our volleyball events will be "Advanced Beginner +" (Minimum level to attend is "Advanced Beginner" but "Intermediate" and "Competitive" players will attend too). Goal is being inclusive and have good combination in a way "Advanced Beginner" players can learn from "Intermediate" and "Competitive" players but at the same time it can be a fun game with good rallies.
